Our elementary program was founded on the principle that education is to prepare the student in body, mind, and spirit for a life that will be lived according to the dictates and character of the Bible, leading to a life of service for God. The Elementary program was started in 2004 and joined Grace Christian Preschool in 2005 to become Grace Christian Schools. The 2011/2012 school year opens its gates to nearly 100 elementary students, Kindergarten through Sixth Grade.
Grace Christian Schools has a non-discriminatory policy. We admit students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national, or ethnic origin in the administration of our educational and scholarship/loan policies, athletics, and any other school-administered programs.
Reaching out to others in need is an important duty for the students of Grace. Our boys and girls understand and care deeply about people close by and around the world facing hardship. As followers of Jesus Christ, the students want to provide comfort and encouragement to others. Each grade selects a mission project to sponsor and the entire school participates (Preschool through 6th grades). Often, the congregation of Grace Community Church will join us and get involved as well. This year’s missions are: 1) Free Wheelchair Missions, sponsored by our 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Grades, 2) Birthday Party Kits for The Sheepfold, sponsored by our 1st, 5th, & 6th Grades, and 3) The Donela Primary School in Bombo, Uganda, Africa, sponsored by our two Kindergarten classes.
We ask for parental support of spiritual goals and values, as well as the support for our school rules, dress code, and discipline policies.
