Preschool Enrollment Process

At the Preschool level, we offer three programs determined by your child’s birthdate. Enrollment is available to children as young as 2 years old (must be 2-years old by Sept. 1).

The online application is for new families or new children of current GCS families only.

The enrollment process begins by completing the Online Application for Enrollment. Thank you for your interest in Grace Christian Schools! The total cost for preschool registration is $175.  A $20 non-refundable deposit is due upon submission of the application.  Once your application is reviewed and we have confirmed space availability in your child’s age range and schedule preference, you will receive an email with detailed steps to finalize your registration and pay the remaining balance.  This must be done within 7 days to hold your child’s spot in class.

Elementary Enrollment Process

Elementary enrollment into Grace Christian Schools is obtained by completing the Online Application for Enrollment, testing, and a family interview with the Principal. Grace Christian Schools requires that a child must be five-years old by September 1 to be eligible for Kindergarten, and subsequently a year older by September 1 for the following grades, i.e. six-years old for First Grade, seven-years old for Second Grade, etc.

The online application is for new families or new children of current GCS families only.
For reenrollment of current GCS students (including preschool), reenroll through your ParentsWeb account.

The total cost for TK and Kindergarten registration is $400. The total cost for 1st grade – 6th grade registration is $550. A $300 deposit, toward the registration fee, is due upon submission of the application. Once your application is reviewed, you will receive an email with detailed steps to finalize your registration and pay the remaining balance. This must be done within 7 days.

*Please note that your child is not guaranteed a spot until registration is complete and the registration fee is paid in full.

*If Grace Christian Schools is unable to accommodate your child, the registration fee will be refunded. Otherwise, the registration fee is non-refundable.

It is our goal to make sure Grace Christian Elementary School is the right place for your child’s education. The first step of this process is a student assessment by his/her prospective teacher. A testing time will be scheduled, by the school office, once your enrollment forms packet has been submitted.
In addition, Kindergarten entry requires a “Kindergarten Readiness Test” through Chancy & Bruce Educational Resources. Subsequent grades do not need a Chancy & Bruce test, but we do require the most recent Report Card.
Parents of new student applicants meet with the Principal to review their child’s testing results, discuss school policies, and get answers to any questions. If a registration fee balance is due, it will be invoiced on your account and must be paid to complete the enrollment process and guarantee your child’s placement. If your child is not accepted for enrollment in the elementary school, your application payment will be refunded.

Jr. High Enrollment Process

Jr. High enrollment into Grace Christian Schools is obtained by completing the Online Application for Enrollment, testing, and a family interview with the Principal. Grace Christian Schools requires that a child must be twelve-years old by September 1 to be eligible for Jr. High, and subsequently a year older by September 1 for the 8th grades.

The online application is for new families or new children of current GCS families only.
For reenrollment of current GCS students (including Preschool and Elementary), reenroll through your ParentsWeb account.
