2025/2026 Preschool Annual Tuition
Based upon a 10-Month School Year – 36 Weeks of actual attendance
(Late enrollment tuition rates will be adjusted based on start date)
A NON-REFUNDABLE FACTS registration fee of $22.00 is due with this application. The total cost for preschool registration is $175. Once your application is reviewed and we have confirmed space availability in your child’s age range and schedule preference, you will receive an email with detailed steps to finalize your registration and pay the remaining balance. This must be done within 7 days to hold your child’s spot in class. For families enrolling more than one child, each additional child’s registration fee is 50% off. The registration fee maximum for a family is $800.00. Any overpayment of registration fees during the Online Application process will be applied toward tuition.
Tuition must be paid through FACTS Debit Transaction with a checking account. Please choose either the 1st or the 15th for your automatic deduction date.
Parents must keep billing account information up to date. Returned FACTS or payment failure may incur a fee. Repayments MUST BE RECEIVED within 5 days of the payment failure notification. A $25.00 late fee will be added to your account if your tuition payment is more than 5 days late. Failure to maintain timely payments may result in the student being dropped from the program.

REGISTRATION FEE
Preschool – $175/each additional child 50% off / $800 Family registration fee.
*New Lunch Bunch Rate: $12 (a day/per student)
Lunch Bunch is available to preschool students that attend an AM (8:30 – 11:30) class session. Lunch Bunch is perfect for families that need just a little bit more time for their children at school and after their morning session or before their afternoon session.
*New Drop In/Camp Rates:
8:30-11:30: $55 a day/per student
8:30-3:00: $70 a day/per student
8:30-6:00: $85 a day/per student
**Drop In: For enrolled students in case of emergencies based on availability – 24-hour notice is required
**Camps: Preschool camps offered during extended holiday closures (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
*Breakfast Club Extended Care (BC) is offered daily from 7:00-8:30 a.m. for an annual tuition if pre-reserved for school year. This program is only available to students enrolled in an AM preschool session. Please see school calendar for any holiday or school closures.
***Above & Beyond Extended Care (A & B) is offered 11:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m. or 11:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., M-F to coincide with our AM Class Session schedule. This program is only available to students enrolled in a preschool session. Please see school calendar for any holiday or school closures.

For grades TK through Grade 8, the NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is $450.00. The registration fee maximum for a family is $800.00. Any overpayment of registration fees during the Online Application process will be applied towards tuition.

Includes curriculum textbooks, workbooks, multiple technology licenses, and devices, classroom craft materials, STEM and science class materials, art, music, drama, P.E. materials, and grade-level field trips (excluding overnight trips in grades 3-8).
EXTENDED CARE FEES
Before School Care (7:00-7:45 a.m.) – $10.00 per student
TK Extended Care (1:30-3:00 p.m.) – $10.00 per student
TK-Jr. High Extended Care (3:00-6:00 p.m.) – $10.00/hour for one student, $12.00/hour for two students (same family), $15.00/hour for three students (same family)
DISCOUNTS
Sibling Discount: 1st student pays full tuition, 2nd student – 10%, 3rd student and each thereafter – 25%
Military Discount: Reserve – 25%, Active Member – 50%
Ministry Discount: Up to 50%*
GCC Member Discount: 25% per student

*Before School Extended Care is offered daily from 7:00-7:45 a.m., for $10.00/student. Students are welcome to bring a nut-free breakfast item to eat from home. Before School Extended Care is billed through FACTS. Please see the school calendar for any holiday or school closures.
